1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Flexzo Teach (“we”, “our”, “us”), a workforce matching platform for the education sector operated under Healsgood Ltd. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Flexzo Teach website and services (“Services”), whether you are a Teacher/Educator (candidate) or an Institution (client, such as a school, college, university or training provider).

By accessing the Flexzo Teach website or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Flexzo Teach operates as an intermediary platform. We connect teachers and institutions but we do not act as an employer, recruiter or guarantor of outcomes.

2. Definitions

“Flexzo Teach” means the workforce matching platform operated under Healsgood Ltd.

“Teacher/Educator” means an individual uploading compliance, skills, qualifications, availability and other relevant information.

“Institution” means a school, college, university or training provider uploading vacancies and accessing candidate profiles.

“Services” means the Flexzo Teach platform, website, tools and related features.

“Candidate Data” means information provided by Teachers/Educators, including compliance documents, qualifications, availability and skills.

“Vacancy Data” means information provided by Institutions regarding open teaching or training positions.

3. Scope of Services

Flexzo Teach provides a platform for Teachers/Educators and Institutions to connect.

Teachers/Educators may: Upload qualifications, compliance documents, skills and availability. Control the visibility of their profiles and consent to share data with Institutions.

Institutions may: Upload vacancies and define requirements. Access candidate profiles where consent has been given.

Flexzo Teach does not act as an employer, recruiter or agency. We do not guarantee placement, employment or outcomes. Institutions are responsible for verifying candidate qualifications, compliance and suitability.

4. Website Use

Access to the Flexzo Teach website is provided for lawful purposes only.

You must not use the website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impair its availability or accessibility.

You must not use the website to store, host, transmit or distribute any material which is malicious, technologically harmful, unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing.

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software, is owned by Healsgood or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or republish any part of the website without prior written consent.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information or material you upload is accurate, lawful and free from harmful code.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, secure or error-free. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the website or reliance on information provided.

Links to third-party websites may be provided for convenience. Healsgood does not endorse, control or accept responsibility for third-party websites or their content.

5. Eligibility and User Obligations

Users must be at least 18 years old.

Teachers/Educators must provide accurate and truthful information.

Institutions must use Candidate Data solely for lawful recruitment and staffing purposes.

Users must not misuse the platform, including fraudulent submissions, unauthorised access or malicious activity.

6. Data Usage and Consent

Candidate Data is only accessible to Institutions where explicit consent has been provided.

Teachers/Educators may withdraw consent at any time, removing Institution access.

Flexzo Teach processes personal data in compliance with: UK GDPR. UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021. HIPAA (where health-related compliance data, such as vaccination records, are processed) and other United States federal and state privacy laws. POPIA (South Africa).

Flexzo Teach processes Candidate Data for matching purposes only and does not use it for unrelated activities without consent.

7. Third Party Institutions

Institutions using Flexzo Teach are independent entities.

Flexzo Teach is not liable for Institution actions, hiring decisions or employment outcomes.

Institutions are solely responsible for verifying candidate information and compliance.

Teachers/Educators and Institutions enter into relationships entirely at their own discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, design and software remain the property of Healsgood.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer any part of the Services without our written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

Users must not: Provide false or misleading information. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform. Misuse Candidate or Institution Data obtained via Flexzo Teach.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

Flexzo Teach does not guarantee employment, placement or successful matches.

Flexzo Teach is not responsible for: The accuracy of Candidate or Vacancy Data. The verification of compliance documents. Institution hiring decisions or outcomes of employment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flexzo Teach’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services in the preceding twelve months.

11. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or Services are misused.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

United Kingdom users: governed by the laws of England and Wales.

United Arab Emirates users: governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

United States users: governed by applicable federal law (including HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA and state-level privacy laws) and the laws of the state in which Flexzo Teach is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent federal or state courts.

South Africa users: governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
